Man Arrested For Hit-Run Causing Injury Or Death, West Manchester PD

A 41-year-old man has been arrested for causing a crash that led to death or injury and fleeing, West Manchester Township police announced on Wednesday, June 26.

Brenor Pluviose of York was wanted on a warrant for the felony charge as well as the summary offense of Fail To Stop And Give Information Or Render Aid since June 20, according to his court docket and as explained by the police. 

The crash happened on West Market Street on Feb. 9, 2024, the police said. 

He was arrested on June 25, the police said. 

His preliminary arraignment was held before Judge Tobin L. Zech at 9:45 a.m. the day he was taken into custody. He was then released on his own recognizance, as stated in his docket. 

His preliminary hearing has also been set before Judge Zech and is scheduled for 10 a.m. on July 19.
